General terms and conditions for businesses.

The German version is binding. The English text is for orientation only.

Scope

These terms apply to contracts between Andreas Netzel, netzel.io (“contractor”) and business clients for brand, design, marketing, websites, SEO, visual content, managed hosting and ongoing care — unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Offers are directed exclusively at businesses (§ 14 BGB). We do not conclude contracts with consumers (§ 13 BGB).

Offer, price and delivery

Scope and price follow the written offer. Project work is typically a fixed price after briefing. Ongoing services (hosting, care, SEO) are billed monthly. German VAT (19%) applies where required.

Client duties

The client provides content, access and feedback needed for delivery in due time. Delays caused by missing input may shift timelines.

Rights and liability

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for deliverables. Liability is limited as permitted by German law; details are in the German terms.
